Looking at my Struggles Here lately, everything has become a struggle. Some of it has to do with COVID-19 and smoe has to do with my health in general. I am having a hard time controlling my appetite.

This week marked a year since my heart attack. I have done well curbing my cholesterol and bad fat intake but i have struggled with my weight. The meds really mess with me.

It was a good week back to work. My biggest issue was that i was extremely tired. my guess is that the medications have me feeling this way. The doctor’s office wants me ti give it another week to see how my body adjusts.

i believe it has been exactly 1 week since my heart attack. i got home from the hospital on Tuesday and i spent most of the week trying to get some rest.

On Sunday, November 3rd, I had a massive heart attack. As they were working on me, it was clear that it was questionable if I was going to live. My heart stopped twice before I was airlifted to a hospital with a Cath Lab.
